Few months ago i got my haircut at supercuts and i got this really attractive stylist and I was trying to flirt with her a bit but she wouldn’t even make eye contact in the mirror when she talked to me so i took the hint that she wasnt interested at all.
I got a nose job on 5/4 for deviated septum and i got a haircut today and it happened to be the same cute girl i liked i guess now was the moment of truth to see if my nose job was obvious or not. So she proceeded to cut my hair but halfway through she asked me if she cut my hair before and i said yeah and she said “yeah when i saw you i didn’t recognize you but then i remembered it was you!”

Quandary has suggested that which ever team i give the old KOD too. i should give a speil about why i am tipping that individual team. well i may just do that from time to time. but it doesn’t matter if you don’t. just as long as you give the name of the team that you wish to put the “Kiss Of Death” on. which puts you in the draw for B/A. BTW} it’s ok if you tip the same as me. for obvious reasons?
Well i don’t see no point in messing around. so lets get my KOD tip over & done with straight up in Friday nights clash. which sees last years G.F. final replay between Collingwood & Geelong. both of these teams played interstate last weekend which saw the Pies have a comfortable win over the Lions at the GABBA. the other game saw the Cats at their worst since 2008. when they were completely out played by a very well drilled Crows outfit.
There isn’t much difference in the betting here. but i do believe that the Pies will be no match for the P~ssy Cats on the rebound. they get Bartel,Scarlet & a very handy around the forward line Mathew Stokes back. the reigning premier’s will be in a bad mood after their big loss to the Crows last weekend. so i do expect them to come out fighting. if they lose this game. it will be very difficult to see them playing in the 2012 G.F. mark my words! as Lou would say.
My “Kiss Of Death” tip for round 8 GEELONG!

I had a guy friend and we were friends from childhood through our families but we lost touch. recently about 6 months ago we started talking again and hanging out. and I knew instantly I was attracted to him. When we first hung out, we would talk about our love lives to each other but then we stopped bringing it up-which made it seem like to me maybe because we were becoming more than friends. He would always pay for me and always ask to hang out. When we were together I felt like we were a couple. Hes a really nice and sensitive guy but sometimes I feel like hes naive. Hes only a year younger than me though. Im16 and hes 15, but besides that we would be perfect for each other. I recently told him how i felt and he was actually stunned. he said how im one of his best friends and he really loves me so much and he couldnt imagine his life without me but he doesnt know if he feels that way bout me. but he did hint that it could happen in the future naturallyy. Im just at a point where I dont know what to do. Should now be a time to keep close to him and try to change his mind, or should I keep my distance and try to change his mind by making him feel like hes losing me? Put up pretty pictures or keep lowkey? any advice is appreciated.

I’m taking the AQA GCSE on An Inspector Calls next week, and in preparation I wrote a 45 minute essay in response to the question “How does the play show contrasts between the philosophies of the Inspector and Mr Birling?” If anyone with experience in the play, or in essay writing generally, would be lovely enough to read through it and tell me roughly what grade it is, but more importantly how I can improve, then I’d be extremely grateful.
Inspector Goole and Mr Birling have perhaps the most noticeably opposing views and philosophies of any two characters in the play. Priestley displays this through the ongoing conflict between the pair, and notably in their vastly contrasting speeches delivered separately in the play. In addition to the subtle details of their opposing views, this conflict successfully shows the contrasting philosophies of Birling and the Inspector.
As soon as they meet, Birling attempts to show his social superiority to the Inspector, boasting about his contacts in the police force. This highlights how social standing is very important to Birling and so, he assumes, is equally as important to everyone else. Couple this with his hints to Gerald early in the play that he is in line to “find his way into the next Honours list”, and the audience are shown how Birling feels that for one to be accepted, they must have privileges in society. This is not, however, a philosophy shared by the Inspector. Following Birling’s attempt at a threat (his claim that he plays golf with the chief constable), the Inspector ‘dryly’ responds that “I don’t play golf”. His use of the word “don’t” shows it is out of choice that he doesn’t play golf, not needing to conform to society’s expectations. This can, of course, be viewed in the wider context of the novel, and the Inspector’s views of social responsibility.
Both Birling and Inspector Goole make speeches within the play, showing their philosophies on this matter of social responsibility. Birling insists at the beginning of the play that “a man has to…look after himself and his own”. This view is further evidenced by his reaction towards the workers who initiated the strike at his works. Contrastingly, the Inspector’s later speech is one of a moral, socialistic view that “we are responsible for one another”. Since both of these speeches are the longest, most narrative pieces of text in the play, it makes the contrast so much more evident.
The main difference between the philosophies of Birling and the Inspector, is that of social responsibility. Whilst the Inspector insists that we are “all members of one body”, Birling could not disagree more. This is evidenced not only in his initial, capitalist speech, but also in his refusal to accept any responsibility for the death of Eva Smith. He’s content to think that he was “quite justified” in discharging Eva from his works and not to dwell further on the subject. This is shown to contrast with the Inspector, who throughout the play probes the characters – and audience- into believing that we are all “Intertwined”.
Throughout the play, the Inspector and Birling are displayed as opposites in looks, mannerisms, but most of all philosophies. The way that Priestley achieves this goes further than just their speeches and direct actions. By portraying the character of the Inspector as morally ‘right’, and the character of Birling as a ‘fool’ in general terms, it follows that their views and philosophies will contrast also. By having Sheila and Eric side with the philosophy of the Inspector, this is shown as the philosophy for the future. Birling, on the other hand, is shown to be out-dated and stupid, so that the Inspector’s socialist views ultimately triumph in the play.

I’ve been wanting to record games via a capture card for quite some time now, although i’ve heard that it can only be in SD and others say it can be done in HD. Not knowing alot about the product, i have a few questions
1. Can i play a game in HD and record it on a SD capture card?
2. If possible, what do i need to play in HD and record in HD?
3. I’ve heard of using some sort of PVR not knowing specificly how to set this stuff up if anybody knows a link to a forum or site that has a guide or walkthrough feel free to post it aswell.

Everyday many law-abiding innocent citizens die during robberies,rape,wanton violence & liberals are cool with that as these as “crime statistics”, but if ever once someone like Joe Horn turns the tables on the criminals, liberals make a media circus out of it with their tedious sermon about vigilante justice,racist intent and gun-freaks.

I’m 13, and I don’t personally know her that well, yet I really like her. It’s hard for me to not think about her. I only see her in school and we don’t talk or text outside of school, mostly because I’m rather shy and she’s outgoing. I’ve tried to drop some “hints” now and then but I dont think I’m going anywhere with that. Summer vacation is in two weeks and I just want to let her know how I truly feel about her. I’m not expecting her to all of a sudden like me back or anything, but I really don’t want to go through a whole summer just thinking about what she might think about me and what I should say and etc. How should I tell her? I’m sure that she will be surprised once I tell her, but I don’t want to make it all awkward either. After all, I do feel that I have a chance with her. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
